Shipping / Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated directly by Australia Post and charged accordingly.
Items purchased from this site are not shipped until full payment is received. An approximate delivery time shown in the checkout process, this estimate is provided by Australia Post.

Cancellations

Orders can cancelled before they are shipped, by sending us a message on the contact us page with the subject title of "Cancel Order - order number" (example = "Cancel Order - A1000946"). The body of the message should contain the reason for the order cancellation.

Returns Policy

Orders can be returned if the item purchased is new and remains unopened and is returned within 8 days of purchase, return postage fees are your responsibility. If an order is returned, a Return Processing fee of $8 will be deducted from the refund amount, this fee also applies to exchanged items. Refunds will not be paid until the returned goods have been received by us.
